My cousin runs a yuppie rip-off Bakery operation that features expensive artesian breads and olive oil on everything. An essential part of his ‘get-over’ is the fact that people are really stupid about their disregard for health when shopping for food. Most of his profit comes bty=y way of overpriced Italian condiments and canned goods. Generally, they eat the ‘organic salad bar’ for lunch, and load their baskets with these faux- nutritionals to appease their sense of middle-class invincability. As if this isn’t bad enough, the previous two restaurants our family had established made a boat-load of dough on worse pastries and tacos.

MSG is in everything, -every kind of fast food you can name. Salads are even worse, especially when they slice a batch of lettuce, and add the chemical ‘green.’ –They claim the containers are completely recycled and/or recyclable, and then they put those little pink packs of ASPARTAIME on the tables to go with their “DIET COKE.’

-Amrericans should demand better! –Buy Russell’s books!
